All services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Concentric Fit and Victor Oliveira and Caroline McCandless, as well as the information set forth on the website (concentricfithealth.com) are meant to assist you in improving your health, fitness, and overall wellness. However, movement, fitness, and wellness coaching is not professional mental health care or medical care. If you feel there are severe issues interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a medical professional.
Concentric Fit Group Training Monthly Membership
CANCELLATION
By signing up for a Concentric Fit Monthly Training Membership (such as Strength & Conditioning or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), you are agreeing to monthly automatic payments and auto-renewals. You can cancel your Membership to Concentric Fit Group Training at any time. Please note that you must cancel your membership before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Membership Fee. If you cancel your Membership, it will be effective at the end of your last paid for month of membership. You may cancel at any time with a written note to concentricfithealth@gmail.com.
NO REFUNDS
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, 6 MONTH MEMBERSHIP, OR PROMOTION. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR MEMBERSHIPS THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH OR MID-TERM. If you choose to cancel your Concentric Fit Monthly Training Membership mid-month, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your last paid for month of membership. Concentric Fit and its owners, employees, and associates reserve the right to offer refunds, discounts, or other consideration in select circumstances at their sole discretion. Concentric Crew Online Training Monthly Membership
CANCELLATION
By signing up for a Concentric Crew Online Training Program, you are agreeing to monthly automatic payments and auto-renewals. You can cancel your Membership to Concentric Fit at any time. Please note that you must cancel your membership before it renews for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s Membership Fee. Personal Services
“Personal Services” include but are not limited to Personal Training, Private Jiu Jitsu Instruction, Wellness Coaching, and Workshops.
CANCELLATION
If you choose to cancel your Personal Services within 24 hour of purchase, you will be given a full refund. If you choose to cancel your Personal Services mid-package or prior to redemption, your cancellation will be effective immediately and you are not guaranteed or obligated to a refund of any remaining unredeemed sessions.

PERSONAL SERVICES SCHEDULING
Personal Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of appointment time.
Personal Service Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to be eligible for a reschedule. Personal Service Sessions not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will not be eligible for a make up and will be deducted from the Personal Service Package total. If the client shows up late to a scheduled session, they are only guaranteed the remainder of their scheduled appointment time.
Each client is permitted one emergency session cancellation or no-show with no penalty. After this emergency cancellation or no-show is used, any scheduled sessions missed or no-showed, will be deducted from the Personal Services Package total.
PERSONAL SERVICES EXPIRATION
PURCHASED SINGLE SESSION PERSONAL SERVICES LIKE PERSONAL TRAINING EXPIRE 45 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE IF NO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT WITHIN 45 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE DATE.
PURCHASED PERSONAL SERVICE PACKAGES LIKE PERSONAL TRAINING EXPIRE IN ENTIRETY 6 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE DATE WHETHER PACKAGE HAS BEEN STARTED OR NOT.
NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR PRORATES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY AND ALL UNREDEEMED EXPIRED PERSONAL SERVICES.

Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

Please be advised that the use of technology is not always secure. By signing up for a Concentric Fit Monthly Training Membership or Personal Services, you are accepting the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype, Zoom, and other technology.
