This is a general strength and conditioning program for gym or at-home gym use that we actually use with our own clients in our facility. By taking a look at our blog, you can see we have a unique take on fitness. The main focus of our work is longevity and feeling well. We’re all about breaking limitations set by our bodies. For this to happen we emphasize a lot in movement mechanics, mobility/stability, strength, endurance, and power.
